What we do not use
No advertising or marketing cookies, no social-media pixels, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics) anywhere on the service — including the cancellation pages your customers see.
Email engagement
Emails sent by the retention agent record delivery, open, and click events through the email provider so that operators can see what happened and so unsubscribes are honored. These are message-level events, not browser cookies. Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe.
Your choices
